Whats the difference between signed and unsigned copies?

Signed CDs have been personally signed by The O'Neill Sisters with a permanent pen.

Unsigned copies have not been signed.

How can I send The O'Neill Sisters a note or a message?

You can send it to theoneillsisters@gmail.com for non-store related questions or messages and for anything about your order. 

 

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

Can I exchange items received for different items than originally purchased?

Exchanges can be made if the returnable item is unused and in the same condition as when it was shipped (packaging intact, new condition, unworn). The original item must be received prior to the new item being shipped.

 

Can I return one damaged item from the bundle I purchased?

Please take photos of the damaged item, include images of the outer shipping box and the damaged item.
